Glendale, California- It was a wild and exciting match between LA10 and Santa Clarita Storm. The most exciting game from the start to the finish with an amazing last minute goal giving the Storm the edge in a 4-3 win.
It was a game the Storm needed to win to secure their 3td position in the UPSL table. Sitting with 13 points just 2 ahead of Sporting San Fernando and LA10 with a 2-2-3 recorded needed the win to catch Sporting San Fernando.

The game began at a fast pace with the Storm attacking from the start and it only took 14 minutes for the Storm to show their intention was to win.
Newly signed striker Christian Magana was to the far right side of the net and made a pass to midfield in front of LA10 net and found the striker  Marco Naccarati who placed the ball just passed LA10's keeper give the Storm the lead early in the game.
Just 9 minutes later in the 23rd minute again on the attack and it was defender Aro Ayowale with the ball on the right side of the  LA10 net and made a pass in the air the fell right in front of the goal and caught the head of striker Naccarati who head the ball past the keeper and knotted his second goal in 23 minutes of play.

With a 2-0 lead, the game continued at a fast pace with both teams aggressively attacking when in the 28th minute LA10's Alberto Poleo received a second caution and was shown the RED card leaving his team a man down. With a man down LA10 actually picked up their pace and began to attack even more and in the 35th minute Jose Salazar from LA 10 found himself behind the Storm Defense and managed to slip the ball passed Storms keeper, Kyle Cunningham to bring his team within one.
Made no matter that they were a man down LA10 stepped up and continued to attack and as so many times in the past Storm keeper, Cunningham comes up with big saves that could of easily put the Storm behind by at least 4 goals if not for the Storm all-star keeper.
It took LA10 even with a man down 3 min. after their first goal in the 38th minute to again take advantage of the Storm defense playing high up in their defensive zone and got behind the defense pulled Cunningham out to the left side and managed to get a shot the far right catching Cunningham out of the net and tieing up the game at 2 apiece with only 7 minutes left in the first 45 minutes. Just before the close of the half again LA10 was on the attack and managed a breakaway that brought Cunningham off his line and quickly ending any threat.  Again in the 43rd minute of play  LA10 attempting to capture the lead before the end of the half made a strong effort to do so with a hard shot that went to the upper corner of the net on the opposite side of Keeper Cunningham but he was quicker than the ball and on the fly pushed the ball out ending LA10's chance and the half.

The next 45 was the most exciting half as both teams battled and LA10 as in the first half a man short had no effect on their play as they continued to attack and managed several shots on goal and again Storm shot-stopper came up with the saves.
In the 71st minute, Storm broke through the LA 10 defense and Storms  Striker Christian Magana who already had an assist in his first game with the Storm found himself in front of the goal and received the ball and got his shot off and gave the Storm the lead once again 3-2.

The fight continued as both teams had chance after chance and as the game was coming close to the final time in the 87th minute LA10 has a corner kick and as the ball was bouncing around in the box a handball was called on the Storms Aro Ayowale and a Penalty kick was awarded to LA10.  They stepped up and tied the score at 3 apiece with only 3 minutes left in the game.

Right from the kick off Storm charged with the pressure all on LA10 defense and back and fourth passes around the LA10 goal when Magana again with the ball to the left of the net 6 yards out passed up midfield and found sitting in the center of the 20 yard line was Storms Jorge Guiterrez who settled the ball and slapped a shot the penetrated the net as the whitsel blew and Storm collects the 3 points with a 4-3 win in what was a very dramatic game.
Storm with only two games left will face first-place Cal FC next Saturday Time TBA.
